As a tender manager you work closely with the sales manager to prepare projects and files. You are responsible for researching and screening tenders on various platforms. In addition, you are actively looking for tenders that are not offered on regular platforms, without geographical limitations. You prepare project files in collaboration with the sales manager and other key figures from various departments. Preparing high-quality quotations and responding professionally to public tenders contributes to achieving profitable and high-quality contracts for the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active screening of public tenders.
- Support in assessing the feasibility of assignments and tenders.
- Coordinating the quotation process, including working with the commercial team and pre-production for quality quotation and contract preparation.
- Perform final inspection before signing and delivery to the customer, including follow-up after submission of quotations and contracts.
- Ensure a successful transfer from commercial to operational by drawing up the first project plan.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in tender management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Multilingual (NL/FR/EN/… and if possible others (speaking & writing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with technical textiles is an advantage.
